OUR PURPOSE

Our purpose is to research the phenomena of firewalking and fire immunity and to educate the general public and professional community regarding applications and uses.  While conducting this work, we have made relevant discoveries in the fields of medicine and psychology.  During our exploration into the nature of the mind/body connection, our discoveries in the field of psychoneuroimmunology have broadened our work to include other areas of immunity beyond fire immunity.  Our expanded purpose encompasses research into all aspects of stress and its effect on the immune system.  Also, our expanded purpose is serving to educate professional and lay people so they can effectively cope with stressful situations, such as work-related challenges, physical challenges or psychological problems, including: low self-esteem, depression, fears, phobias and psychosomatic disorders affecting health.

Self Expression Issues: lack of trust, inability to speak feelings, lack of nurturing, low self-esteem, depression.
Grief, Sorrow, Sadness, Loss: emptiness of heart, lack of love, helplessness, loneliness, disillusionment, embarrassment, shame, humiliation, repressed feelings, disappointment, genetic or ancient memory, cruelty, meanness.
Fears & Phobias: loss of control, fear of losing control, giving up power to another person, relationships.
Anger & Rage: anger at others, anger at self, jealousy, and resentment.
Guilt/Shame/Unworthiness: Un acceptance, self-judgment, and self-criticism, not deserving of what the good life has for us, inability to accept and receive.
Family & Sexual Issues: childhood conditioning, violation of body or personal space, something done to us/something taken from us with our permission, molestation, abuse, rape, impotence, frigidity.
Survival: feeling we won’t survive a life threatening incident: violations related to surviving (accidents, abuse, violence, rape), impotence, frigidity, first year of life, basic creativity, psychosomatic disorders affecting health.
Betrayal: betrayed by someone you trust, self-betrayal, you betrayed someone else.
Support: lack of emotional support, lack of financial support.
Rejection: abandonment, criticism and judgment by others, self-rejection, pain in the heart.

(ESEM in BERC) is designed by special spiritual recreational activities and exercises in order to help people understand the power of mind in body and implication of mind power to over come any type of emotional psychological traumas, and their consequences, any type of traumas arising from the past, present and occurring in the future.  We assist media, may provide Firewalking Instructor Certification, organize Corporate Firewalks, design programs for schools, refer lecturers, maintain a firewalking archive, catalog firewalking resources and produce Firewalking Seminars for the public.
